Crayfish+ Mango Salad

Something a little different to try over winter. This a refreshing and protein rich dish.

Ingrediants

  • Cooked crayfish tails

  • Lettuce leaves

  • Pineapple

  • Mango (and passion fruit for an extra bit of flavour)

Method

  1. Add the salad and crayfish to a bowl

  2. Blend the mango and pineapple together to make the sauce (If you dont have pineapple, use a dash of lemmon juice as the acidity is needed)

  3. Finally, combine and enjoy
