Sea Bass and Ramen

A great meal for a pescetarians, rich in Omega-3, protein and fibre. This is very easy to adapt for vegetrains or vegans.
You will only need 1 pan and a pot.
Ingredients
Sea bass fillet
Rice noodles
Broccoli
Mushrooms
Pre-made ramen broth (I used ITSU chicken)
Method
Heat the ramen mix in a wok (or pan) until boiling (add some water to make sure that it doesn’t all evaporate).
While heating, place the seabass fillet skin down in a medium heat pan and season with salt and pepper.
Add the broccoli and mshrooms to the boiling ramen (adding at the same time will leave the broccoli with some crunch).
Add the rice noodles (and some chillie for an added kick).
When the skin on the seabass is crisp, flip and continue to cook.
Finally, when all cooked. Either serve the fillet seperatly or add it to ramen and enjoy.
